As a non-resident US citizen with a rental property in the US, which turbo tax version do I need?

If your only U.S.-source income is the rental property, and you are nonresident, you will file Form 1040NR.  Unfortunately, TurboTax does not support this product.

We suggest SprinTax.Com for you.

Your statement is contradictory. If you are a U.S. Citizen with a social security number, you can use TurboTax. If you are a non-resident alien in the U.S., then you can not use any version of Turbotax. A non-resident alien is required to file a 1040-NR tax return. Turbotax does not support the 1040-NR. If you are required to file a U.S. tax return, then you will need to use www.sprintax.com
