1099 INT and MISC Questions

Hello,

I have the following questions:

1. In my 1099 INT from Charles Schwab, State Tax withheld reporting boxes (15-17) do not have any entry (they have $0 in other boxes, but these boxes are just blank).  Is it okay to assume that these are zero as well ?

2. In my 1099 INT from Fidelity , State Tax withheld reporting boxes (15-17) states, "(See Details)". And details at the backside of the page states "Boxes 15-17. State Tax withheld reporting boxes" Is it okay to assume that these are zero as well ?

3. Consolidated form 1099 from Fidelity, page 2 has "Form 1099-MISC *", which all zeros.  Do I need to include this in my tax reporting via Turbo Tax?

Thanks!

@gulsheenk Is this the downloaded into TT version or is this the Tax Reporting you are getting from Fidelity Directly vie mail or downloaded directly from the broker?

If it is not direct from the broker, I would go back and check to ensure it is accurate. There have been times brokers downloads have had issues being sent due to brokers system issues.  Always best to go directly and confirm.

If there is all 0, enter nothing in TT otherwise.

@maglib : thanks for your prompt response.  I had imported Fidelity forms into TT.

Sure, I will check with the broker.

Regarding 1099 MISC,  thanks, I won't enter anything because it's all 0s.

Best!
