1099-B "how did you receive this investment?" - These were stock options as an employee, none of the options fit this. What should I select?

You should have encountered a screen asking if it was employee stock before you entered the 1099-B

The screen may look a little different depending on the TurboTax version you are using.

Hi @KrisD15,

I am using TurboTax Premium 2024 online.  Here is the UI, there is not an option for employee stock:

One of the other options under "What type of investment did you sell?" is Options but that just narrows the next choice to 2 (I purchased it or I received it in a divorce settlement).

Thank you for your help.

You would say you purchased it, as you had pay for the shares.
