2nd home

I got married 10/30/2021.  So now I file jointly.  My wife, on that date moved in with me.  We still own her home as a potential rental property in the future but as of now is not a source of income.  Can I deduct her mortgage interest, property taxes etc?

Thank you

Yes. You are considered as being married the entire year so any deductions that either of you have can be claimed.
