Hopefully, you are talking about the 2025 taxes that you/some people have recently just started working on for submission in early 2026....If you are using the "Online" software, you could use the "Clear and Start Over" procedure to clear everything out of the current file you are working on:

If you do restart that way, be very careful in your entries. Don't accidentally enter a comma where a decimal point is intended....and if you uploaded a picture of a form, that could be the problem...many times, entering data manually is more accurate than uploading a form's picture.....you probably don't have any 2025 tax forms yet anyhow, as they usually are not issued until Jan-February.
