You mention a 1099---there are over a dozen kinds of 1099's and we do not know what kind you are asking about or what you are trying to do with it. You also mention a 1040. Form 1040 is the form used to enter all of your information and file as your tax return. Did you prepare and file a Form 1040? Did you e-file it or file it by mail?
You mention wanting pdf's of your documents.

You also mention that you "reconciled transactions last month"---but we do not understand what transactions you are referring to.
