TurboTax Online updates in real time. We'd have know more about what happened. When you say our computer refreshed, did it crash? Or did you enter more data, such as an additional W-2? Adding another W-2 would add income, and if there was not enough tax withheld, the difference would reduce your refund.
Check your entries. Make sure all you data is still there.
