@art Montoya We cannot tell what software you are using.   But we do not arrange calls to you from the user forum.  If you are using TurboTax Live you have to arrange your own call with the expert.

 

If you have TurboTax Live.  You can arrange for the Live help you are paying the extra fee for with your questions from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. Pacific time.
