QuickZoom allows you zoom in on a form or actually look at a specific form to see how it is filled in or change it.How do I activate quickzoom in turbotax online premier version when previewing my 1040?

To get to quickzoom, you have to go to Forms mode first.

To switch to Forms Mode, open your return, and then select the Forms icon in the upper right corner of your screen (or choose Forms from the View menu at top).

The Federal Information Worksheet will display and all the forms in your return will be listed on the left side. Simply select a form to open it.

To switch back to the interview, select the Step-by-Step icon in the upper right corner, or choose it from the View menu.

Tips

  • In the interview, you can also view the underlying tax form by selecting Show Relevant Form near the bottom of your screen.
  • It's OK to switch to Forms Mode if you want to look at a form or two, but constantly switching back and forth between Forms Mode and the interview has been known to cause problems and data corruption.
  • Then you can quickzoom to the area you want to get to.  See Screenshot.

If you are using TurboTax Online, the QuickZoom function is not available to use. If you wanted to review other forms/schedules/worksheets, you would have to pay to print (not necessarily e-file yet): How do I print a copy of my TurboTax Online return before filing?

If you are using TurboTax Online and don't want to pay to print, you will only be able to preview Form 1040: How do I preview my TurboTax Online return before filing?

If you are using TurboTax CD/Download, you could switch to Forms Mode Windows (Forms Mode Mac) to review all forms/schedules/worksheets since you would have already paid for the software.
