Since we can't know your individual computer/system configuration in this forum, all we can do is pass on what has worked for other users.

 

Since you've tried uninstall/reinstall, are you running as Administrator?  All TurboTax and related files on your C drive?  Anti-virus software turned off? Manual Update?

If you Contact TurboTax Support the techs can get into your computer to help.
