It's asking if you received the THIRD Stimulus payment. Not 3 payments. You don't enter anything about the first 2 checks on your 2021 tax return. It should ask if you got 2,800 for the 3rd Stimulus payment. If not you say NO.
The 3rd Stimulus payment was 1,400 per person sent out starting in March 2021. If you didn't get any of it you can get it on your tax return line 30 for the Recovery Rebate Credit. But first double check your bank account to make sure you didn't get it.
Oh you both got letter 6475 saying you got it? If the IRS thinks they sent it to you but you didn't get it request a trace for a missing third Stimulus payment
