Going to have to wait for the 1040X? Probably not, but I don't know how the software would be working in this situation now.
I don't "think" you actually need to amend the Federal forms for that issue. I "think" you could just edit that particular W-2 form to include the Proper UT ID number, there, then go to the UT forms and complete/submit your UT e-file.....
If you DID already start a Federal Amended tax return, See if they have an Undo-amend selection. Then just go back and edit in the correct UT number.
