Yes. There is a place to enter property taxes in the New Jersey section. You can enter property taxes in Deductions & Credits (even if you are claiming the standard deduction). TurboTax will transfer for property tax entry to New Jersey.

In NJ, you will see

About the Homestead Rebate and Property Tax Deduction. Click Continue.
Answer the eligibility questions on Eligibility - Property Tax Deduction or Credit.
On Tell Us About Your New Jersey Housing Situation, select I was a homeowner.
Answer the ownership questions on We Need to Know More About Your Home Ownership Situation
Enter your property tax paid and other information on We Need to Know About Your Property Taxes
