Yes----it seems the "refund monitor" displays the stimulus money at the beginning, and later if the user says they received some stimulus money in 2020 it "removes" it from the display so the user gets the incorrect idea that they have lost something. Unfortunate timing---wish the display would leave that stimulus out of the process until the end.
