You'll probably have to call Customer Support and let them work thru it.  I'm not aware of any MT helpers in this user's forum that could check that out in detail.

 

They may need to get a diagnostic file from you that they can use to examine the situation and send to their MT experts and software developers (Diagnostic files remove all personal information, but keep $$ values so they can see what's going right..or wrong)..
