State tax filing

TX has no state income tax, so no tax is withheld from your paychecks for TX, and you would not have a tax return to file for TX.   You work and earn income in OK so you pay state tax to OK.  You would need to file a NON-resident state tax return for OK.   We cannot say what your "take-home" pay should be, since we have no idea whether you have dependents, etc.    And much of your take home pay is determined by what you put on the W-4 for your employer, who uses that to withhold federal tax from your paychecks.

Your take home pay is also affected by a variety of factors such as whether you are paying for health insurance through your employer, whether you are having money deducted for a retirement plan like a 401k, money deducted for a health savings account or childcare account, etc. etc. etc.
