I assume you used the Online version? The only way is to download the 2019 tax file ending in .tax2019 and install the 2019 Desktop program to open it. Then continue through the state tab. But they will stop supporting and selling 2019 program around Oct. 16, 2023. You can't transfer a pdf file.
Save the tax file, pretend you want to amend 2019 using the Desktop program.
