I have never seen or heard of this type of error on a Georgia state tax return using TurboTax. I am also a GA resident and have used the Exclusion for at least 10 years.
Contact TurboTax support and see if they can help. They should ask for a diagnostic file. The file has all of your tax data but removes all personally identifiable information.
