There has been a "refund monitor" on your screen that shows your refund or tax due. If it is not showing at the top of your screen click on Review to make it appear. Or.....look at the summary that TurboTax provides to you that tells you if you are getting a refund or if you owe. Even better, actually look at your tax form 1040 and see what is there.
If you are getting a federal refund--it will be on line 35a
If you owe money to the IRS, it will be on line 37 and needs to be paid by April 15, 2024.
It cannot be both.
