After you file

IF you use an online paid program  AND IF you uploaded the PDF of the W-2 forms into the MY DOCS tool then and only then can you download the PDF you saved.  Otherwise see the other post for the answer you seek.

What is My Docs?

My Docs (formerly TurboTax Vault) shows you any tax return you’ve filed in TurboTax Online, past or present, and lets you securely upload and keep all your tax-related documents in one place so you can easily access them when it comes time to do your taxes – or any time you want.

You can store up to 100 MB of scanned receipts, payment confirmations, documentation – whatever you would otherwise keep in a shoebox or filing cabinet. You can even upload your TurboTax PDF and data file backups, as long as each individual upload doesn't exceed 5 MB.

How do I get access to My Docs™?

If you’re using a paid TurboTax Online product or you have added PLUS in TurboTax Free Edition, you can access My Docs™ by:

  1. Signing in to TurboTax.
  2. Under Your tax returns & documents (select Show if you can’t see anything), you’ll find My Docs.

If you don't see these options, it's either because you haven't paid yet or you're using Free Edition. In Free Edition, you can get My Docs™ by paying for the PLUS add-on.
