Were you having the fees deducted from your refund? Then it goes through another bank to take the fees out. Has the IRS sent your refund yet? Did you efile or mail your return? Was it Accepted? Did you go all the way through the File tab, through the 3 steps and hit the big orange Transmit Returns Now button? You can check your efile status here https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/
If your return was Accepted or you mailed it, then check IRS Where's my refund
