After you file

Yes, many people find out too late that using the last pay stub does not always match the W2 received.  You'll need to wait for your original return to be processed by the IRS.  You'll know when either your refund has been deposited or you get  a letter from the IRS letting you know the W2 information on your return doesn't match the W2 they received from your employer.   In the letter the IRS will give you instructions on how to proceed.

If your refund get deposited and you know the income filed was incorrect, you will need to amend your return.  The amend option should be available in TurboTax mid to late February.   Right now you should go back into your return and get everything back to the original filed return.  That way you will be starting from the correct situation to create the amendment.
