Did you already e-file? You cannot change anything right now if you filed already. Why are you asking to "amend"??
If you e-filed, you have to wait until your return is accepted or rejected. If accepted, you have to wait for it to be fully processed before you can amend. If rejected, you can make changes and re-file.
As for changing to Head of Household-----you must have qualified dependents to file as HOH, and you have to be unmarried or live apart from your spouse for at least the last six months of 2022.
