After you file
Did you purchase the software as a download with a credit card and did you get confirmation from your credit card company that the payment was received?
If the payment was received then the software should be available for download in your download account. Sign onto your download account using the same User ID you used to purchase the software - https://shopping.turbotax.intuit.com/unified/downloads?route=myaccounts&cgcview=downloads
If the software you purchased is not available for download then contact TurboTax support for assistance.
