@fp020152 Yes---you are most likely seeing the banking information for the third party bank that will receive the refund from the IRS and then send you the rest. That bank has YOUR direct deposit information---if you entered it correctly---so when the IRS issues your refund, it goes first to the third party bank. Then the third party bank sends the refund--minus your fees---to you.
Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.
