Please explain. Do you mean that the results of the tax return you prepared show that you are not going to receive a tax refund? No, you do not get your fees back from TurboTax for that. Sometimes people do not get a refund, and sometimes they even owe the government money after preparing a tax return. Your TurboTax fee is not based on whether you are getting an income tax refund. The fee is the same no matter whether you get a refund, no refund, or owe tax due.
Refunds come from having more tax withheld from your income than your own tax liability, or from certain refundable credits. We cannot see what you entered.
