TPG is Santa Barbara Tax products group. They are the servicing agency of your tax refund when you choose Pay with My Refund.

A refund may be smaller than expected for one of two reasons:

• Customers who opt to pay their TurboTax fees by deducting them from their federal tax refund may notice a small service charge. You can find out more in this help article: What is Refund Processing Service?
• The IRS may issue a smaller refund because of an adjustment or refund offset. If this is the case, you will receive an explanatory letter from the IRS. For more information, please see: Why is my direct-deposited refund or check lower than the amount in TurboTax?
