Please follow the steps from @RaifH above.your post. The most important thing is to be sure the total amount entered is the total received for both of you.
For example: Your family received $1,800 in advance credit. You may have one of you with $1,800 and the other with $0 or if both are parents, you would have gotten $900 each. The total for the two of you needs to equal the total received.
