I would love to talk to someone, but it appears that's not possible with TurboTax. I went to online help and when I requested to be connected via phone, the chat ended. When you used the TurboTax online editions there are no e-file fees for either a federal or state tax return. The TurboTax account fees are for the use of the software to assist in completing your tax return. The fees are the same whether the tax return is e-filed or printed and mailed.
