Ok ... if you have it and they don't then is it possible you made changes to the return AFTER you efiled the return? Maybe while it was pending ? If so that would explain a lot ... once the return is sent no changes are forwarded to the IRS.
Did you mail in the return ? If so the data input operator could have missed a line ... a common error.
No matter why things are different the fix is simple ... amend the return. First you need to make the return look like the one the IRS has then start the amendment process and put the credit back. Print, ink sign and mail it in.
