When will I get my IRS tax refund? (intuit.com)

Turbo Tax doesn't know anything about your refund or if it has been mailed or sent.  Were you suppose to mail your return to the IRS?  Does your account say Ready to Mail?  That means you have to print it out and mail it yourself.  It has not been filed yet.

Did you efile?    Did you go all the way through the File tab, through the 3 steps and hit the big orange Transmit Returns Now button?

If your return is Accepted then check IRS Where’s my Refund?

When you efile you get back 2 emails. The first email only confirms the transmission. The second email says if the IRS (or state) Accepted or Rejected your efile.

TurboTax does not mail your tax return.  Nor would TurboTax know if you printed and mailed a tax return.
