After you file
Sounds like you never efiled successfully ... did you check by logging in to your account? And TT never makes any payments for any reason ... the payment request is sent with the return when it is successfully efiled. So did you complete the FILE tab and submit the return ? Was it rejected ? If so then you need to print, ink sign and mail in both returns.
