Did the return get to the IRS? If you had put tracking on the envelope then you would have your answer. Otherwise you will need to wait ... the IRS is once again severly understaffed so anything requiring human interaction are taking much much longer to process this year. Paper returns that normally take 6 - 8 weeks may take 4 - 6 months or longer.
