After you file
If you no longer have access to your Turbo Visa Debit Card, there is still hope by logging into your account with Green Dot.
- If you have registered your card and know your login credentials, request a replacement card by signing in to your Turbo Visa Debit Card account using this link: Report a Lost or Stolen Turbo Debit Card

To help you reach a Green Dot Representative, follow these steps:
- Dial 888-285-4169 and when asked for SSN or Card number, DO NOT input anything. Wait to be prompted about the Turbo Visa Debit Card.
- Choose option 1.
- Then choose option 2, enter your SSN, zip code, and date of birth when prompted.
- You'll hear messaging stating they are connecting you to a representative.
