You should amend your tax return to include the wayward W-2, when the tax year 2020 forms become available. Copies of W-2s are sent to the IRS and they will be wondering why that one isn't included in your return.
The IRS hasn't yet finalized the amended return (1040X) for 2020. We expect it to be available in TurboTax the end of March. For current information on forms availability please click on the applicable link below:
