The 1040-X amended return is not yet ready in TurboTax but is projected to be on March 25, 2021. Also, you will need to wait to file the amendment until the IRS has accepted and processed your tax return.
If the IRS rejects your tax return you can fix the tax return for the rejection and add the additional income and then resubmit your tax return.
