2020 E-file needs AGI
Sent taxes thru the mail for 2019 and sent a payment of ~$2300 because we owed. This year (2020) we're getting a refund and opted to e-file. I verified the AGI with what I filed for 2019 and it was rejected. After getting a transcript from the IRS, it shows they haven't processed the 2019 return and therefore I cant e-file because they don't have a correct AGI. They cashed my check and have a record of receiving the money owed for 2019.
Has anyone else experienced this? It's been 11 months.

The IRS is still working on 2019 returns! Use AGI of 0 (zero).

Since the IRS rejected the 2019 AGI it is possible the IRS does not have the correct AGI for you in their database.
Enter a 0 (zero) for the 2019 AGI and e-file the 2020 tax return again.

Try entering 0 for the AGI since you mailed 2019. The IRS didn't process mailed returns in time.

The 2019 AGI is on the 2019 federal tax return, Form 1040 Line 8b.
E-filing a tax return after October 15, 2021 may be closed. If the e-filed return is rejected you will have to print and mail the 2020 tax return and the 2019 AGI is not needed on a mailed return.
See this TurboTax support FAQ for how to print and mail a tax return using the online editions - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/printing/help/how-do-i-print-and-mail-my-return-in-turbotax-online...
