E-filing of a 2019 tax return is no longer available using the personal editions of TurboTax. You will have to print and mail the 2019 federal amended tax return.
The IRS closed accepting e-filed 2019 tax returns at the end of October. They will not be accepting any type of e-filed tax returns until late January 2021.
