Printing tax payments to city

I filed my tax return and the Borough is requesting proof of payment.

After you file

Find your cancelled check or credit card statement that shows that you paid.  That is your only proof that you paid your tax due.  TurboTax never knows when, how or even if you paid tax you owed.

And.....we cannot see your information.  What city return did you prepare?  TurboTax only does a few city/local returns as an extra step when you are in the state software.  If you prepared a city return it will be in the pdf with your federal and state returns.

After you file

Your tax return cannot be emailed to you.  You have to access your own account and print it for yourself using exactly the same account and user ID that you used when you prepared the return.

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them.  Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax?  If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.
