No you must have misunderstood your tax preparer. You have to mail prior year returns, at least if you use Turbo Tax. And read my post again. You can not have used Turbo Tax to efile 2018 or 2017. If you used the Online version you really filed a *** 2019 *** return with your 2018 or 2017 info. And online is only good for 1 return. Did you use 2 different accounts? I think you have a BIG MESS.
To do prior year returns you have to buy the Desktop program for each year. You need a full Windows or Mac computer to install them on. Did you buy the programs here?
