I just got done finalizing our taxes but it's wanting me to pay again. Ok ... so if you prepaid some of your taxes when you filed the extension make sure the program is taking that into consideration ...

I received an email today that even says "As of September 29 at 3:00pm PST, our records indicate that you have paid for TurboTax, but have not yet filed your 2019 tax return. Take action today to ensure your taxes are filed by the October 15th deadline." This was a just a reminder email that even though you have paid the TT fees you have not yet actually finished filing the tax return as of the date mentioned ... if you have already file the return you can ignore the warning. Some users think paying the TT fees also files the return ... you have to complete all 3 steps of the FILE tab and click on the big orange Transmit now button to actually file the return.
