How did you pay? Did you mail a check or money order? Pay directly on the IRS site? Schedule a payment to be debited from your account? Did you e-file or file by mail?
If you mailed your return and payment then it might just be in the pile of over 11 million pieces of mail that the IRS has recently started to open. During the pandemic the mail piled up in trailers and they are working on opening millions of envelopes.
If you e-filed and the IRS has not processed your return you need to make sure you entered your account information correctly.
