"Mail tax refund"

 

What does that mean?  Do you mean you want to mail your tax return to the IRS and/or state?  If so, you have to print it, sign it and mail it in an envelope yourself.  TurboTax does not mail it for you.

Or do you mean you want the IRS and/or state to mail your refund to you instead of making a direct deposit?  If you have not filed yet, you can choose/change how you want to receive your refund in the FILE section.  If you already filed your tax return, you cannot change how you want to receive your refund.
