TurboTax cannot file your 2018 state return. A 2018 return can only be sent by mail--and you have to print and sign it first. If you prepared your 2018 federal return using TT you can return to the account and prepare the 2018 state return. But you will have to use downloaded 2018 desktop software on a full PC or Mac. The online program is no longer available for use for a 2018 return.
