Paying my taxes by electronic check
When I electronically filed my federal and state tax returns I also set up electronic payment s through my checking account, using Turbo Tax. instructions. My returns were rejected twice and finally accepted on my third attempt. The electronic payments were not made. I cannot return to that portion of Turbo Tax to change the payment dates. How can I do this using Turbo Tax?

After you file
If you have federal tax due you can pay by mailing your payment with the 1040V voucher, (which has the address printed on it, having the payment taken out of a designated bank account, or you can pay directly on the IRS website.

You must pay your state tax due using the state’s preferred method of receiving payment. For most states that will be by making a payment to the state’s own tax website, or by mailing a check or money order.

After you file
If your return finally got filed and accepted then anything you change in your account will not be sent or updated at the IRS. You have to pay on your own outside of Turbo Tax.

If you set up the DD in the FILE tab and it was rejected then the DD information was not sent ... and if you resent the return without having the DD info reset by TT support I highly doubt the DD ever went thru ... so if the payments do not show up in your account by next monday you really should make other payment arrangements. Call TT support ... they may be able to tell you if the DD info was sent with the return.
