If you e-filed your tax return, the "signature" was electronic when you entered your 2018 AGI to e-file it. There is no physical signature on the "sign here" line. If you need a signed copy for a lender or some such reason, print out the return, use a pen and sign it at the bottom of page 2 on the line next to the words "Sign here."
