Did you e-file your tax return and was it accepted?
You complete your tax return by finishing all 3 Steps in the File section. In Step 3, to e-file your tax return, you must click on the large Orange button labeled "Transmit my returns now".
After completing the File section and e-filing your tax return you will receive two emails from TurboTax. The first email when your tax return was transmitted and the second email when the tax return has either been accepted or rejected.
Did you do this?
Sign onto your TurboTax account and the status of the tax return will be displayed.
If the status is Accepted then the tax return as e-filed and received by the IRS.
If accepted by the IRS use the federal tax refund website to check the refund status - https://www.irs.gov/refunds

If the status is anything other than Accepted, the tax return was not e-filed. If you did not print and mail the tax return then nothing has been filed.
To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the userID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
Click on File on the left side of the screen. Complete the all 3 Steps of the File section and e-file your tax return.

When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state.
This will take you back to the 2019 online tax return.
Click on File on the left side of the screen. Complete the all 3 Steps of the File section and e-file your tax return.
