After you file
You would not be able to put your refund on any Turbo Prepaid Visa® Cards you received in the past. When asked how you’d like to receive your tax refund, simply select the Turbo® Visa® Debit Card and be sure to review the Cardholder Agreement for fees and terms. If you entered old information, the bank will reject the deposit and it will be returned to the IRS. Once the IRS receives the deposit back, they will issue a paper check and send it to the address listed on the tax return. Once the IRS receives the deposit back this process can take approximately 3 weeks. I would continue to check your refund status on the Where’s My Federal Refund? site.
