I was charged a fee while filing my taxes. The IRS is holding my refund due to not having certain forms. Can the fee be refunded and deferred for the time being?
The forms the IRS is asking for are impossible for me to provide because my employer fraudulently filed my taxes.
I've spoken to someone on the phone already and she acted dumbfounded and was no help. Just kinda hoping I may get a different response here from someone. Thanks.
