After you file

@4u2, Unfortunately, TurboTax has no authority to access your return with the IRS. We have no access to their systems, nor does any other tax preparation service. We provide the software to complete and file your return, but once it's accepted, we receive no further updates for the tax return. The only suggestion I can make is to continue checking the status of your return on www.irs.gov/refunds. Continue to monitor the IRS website to see when they open their phone lines back up. What forms were you required to send to the IRS? If you could share some more details, we will try to assist the best we can.
